Our venue is scalable, allowing it to accomodate over 200 people or just a handful without it ever feeling cramped or empty.   The Galtres Suite at BAR13 is perfect for business conferences and seminars with a capacity of up to 200.

  We have excellent onsite equipment facilities at BAR13 allowing you to focus on your presentation rather than setting up a projector or PA System and dragging a flipchart around.

  For smaller events, we can utilise our Vice Presidents suite which offers a slightly more relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, yet still benefits from the same great facilities.

  And of course, once the work is done, we can open one or both of our Bars to help you event guests unwind and absorb all that new information.

• Private Business Meetings @ BAR13

  Not all businesses have the space in their office building for board meetings or perhaps you just need a change of scenary away from other distractions. BAR13 offer the Directors Box for business meetings: A completely private area for you to discuss the finer points of your business with those that matter.

  We can provide all the equipment you may need: wifi, video projector, projection screen and flipchart as well as stationary on the table.

  Tea and Coffee will be made available in the room throughout and there will be plenty of fresh water on the table. Lunch can be provided from our extensive menu selections on request. After your business meeting we can open one of our licensed Bars especially for you and your colleagues.

• Resources available for your Business event @ BAR13

  There are a number of resources you need to hold a successful and productive Conference, training seminar or business meeting. BAR13 features WIFI, a Video Projector and Projection screen fitted in the Galtres Suite and a PA System connected to an in-ceiling speaker network throughout the entire venue. We can provide flipcharts on request and pens and pads for attending colleagues.

  As BAR13 covers the entire 1st floor of Huntington Stadium, we can close off access to ensure your privacy. There is ample parking for hundreds of vehicles onsite and we are close to the major York road network (A64 & A1237).

• Catering for your Business event @ BAR13

  We can take care of any catering requirements your business Conference, Seminar, Training event or meeting may have. From quick tea and coffee breaks with biscuits to a buffet lunch, the BAR13 staff can keep your guests concentration on the business at hand.

  Our staff will never interupt or get in the way allowing you to do exactly what you are there to do. Break times will be agreed beforehand and you'll find the drinks or food will be served at the time arranged. Choose from a large selection of menus, or simply give us any special dietry requirements and our own inhouse event manager will take care of it for you.
