Seating Plans For Business Functions
Different business functions require different table and seating plans. BAR13 is flexible in how we can spread our seating and tables throughout our York venue, we have several set business table plan ideas we already use, however we can accomodate most ideas.

Theatre style layout

The Theatre style seating plan is designed for business seminars and training events where speakers require the full attention of their guest audience.

This maximises the number of guests accomodated as seats are laid out in rows facing the room's focal point. With a central aisle, we can comfortably accomodate up to 150 guests without tables.

Classroom Style Layout

The Classroom style seating and table plan is designed for business seminars and training events where speakers require the full attention of their guest audience, yet guests will be expected to write notes or exercises.

Seats and tables are laid out in rows facing the room's focal point with 2 per table, the number of guests we can accomodate is restricted by the number of tables needed.

U-Shape style Table Plan

The U-Shape table plan is well suited to formal business meetings as it allows for all guests to easily face whomever may be speaking at any one time.

If a presentation is to be given, the open side of this table plan allows for plenty of room for equipment such as flipcharts or whiteboards, all with an uninterupted line of sight around the table.

It also allows for lunch or drinks to be served from the centre without disturbing proceedings or serving from over guests shoulders.

Boardroom Style Table Plan

The Boardroom table plan is the standard style of table plan for board meetings. It is well suited to formal business meetings and roundtable meetings as it allows for all guests to see each other at all times.

For large meetings, this table plan can be laid out in our Galtres suite, or for smaller meetings we can lay this out in our Presidents Suite or Directors box.

Hollow Table Plan

The Hollow table plan is well suited to any meeting that would usually require a boardroom style layout, but requires more seating for guests. It is well suited to formal meetings and roundtable meetings as it allows for all guests to see each other at all times.

For large meetings, this table plan can be laid out in our Galtres suite, or for smaller meetings we can lay this out in our Presidents Suite or Directors Box.
